When I think about what really lights me up, it's being creative. All the doubts I've had about sharing my content have diminished, as I have realized for the most part, it doesn't need to be anything more than a creative outlet. I don't need to put so much pressure on myself. I love writing, photography and having an space for sharing my interests and inspiration. As an artist, my respect for anyone who takes the time to produce anything creative has soared in recent times. I've come to appreciate what it really takes to birth ideas into something tangible.
It's been very refreshing to take a long break from pursuing content creation to just live life and enjoy the little things without feeling pressure to document every little thing. I do feel in the last two years I've grown into a sense of just being. There is however joy in documenting life's little moments. Whether it's sharing a product I love, or taking a picture of my coffee, I enjoy it so why not? While I tend to feel I'm not as interested in Instagram anymore, it remains an important platform so I want to create a content calendar and upload daily content.
The main thing is that no matter what you're doing, not to stop. Consistency is key and when you're being creative that's so important. Just create, you learn so much more from the process even though we put so much emphasis on the end product. So here's to being creative, following your intuition and doing what you love. You don't know where it might take you.
