One Step at a Time

I've made quite a few lifestyle changes since this time last month. With my 29th birthday incoming next month, I've found myself shifting focus to how finish up the last of this decade and make a smooth move into my 30s. Keeping myself healthy, strong and sane seems to be more important now. 

A good morning routine has been central to making small changes. Drinking water, deep breathing and more structure in my day. I've decide my new hobby is taking care of myself. A luxury I think for many I know, but when you fill your cup you've got more to give. 

When it comes to making changes to how and what I eat, I truly believe that my experience with resonance breathing is what shifted everything. It helped me to connect with my body and how what I eat really makes me feel. This deeper connection with myself, and the incredibly effective way that I found resonance breathing to calm my nervous system, I think, was central to my journey over the last month to eating healthier.
