Survival Mode

How do you keep your goals in mind when things get overwhelming? It's something I think about a lot. It's easy to eat right work out and work on yourself when the other things in life are running smoothly. 


I would now measure my success by how well I can stick to good habits when I'm in survival mode. When it's just about getting through, it's Koka noodles not avocados and that's just the reality. When you're head is buzzing it's hard to pause long enough to focus on preparing healthy food. 


I'm trying to release ideas about being consistent with everything all the time. It's just not workable in real life. Take a flexible approach and adapt based on your capacity in the space you are at. You're probably doing so much better than you think.
