Here I'm sharing a collection of photos from my day trip to Taormina. It's much more fast-paced and packed with large groups of tourists than Catania and has its own unique vibe.
Unfortunately, we arrived on the most cloudy day and it did actually pour rain at one point for over an hour.
Nonetheless, the views were still wonderfully unique and I enjoyed taking photos of all the picturesque little side streets as I walked around.
I would recommend checking out the Izi Travel Audio Guides, they're a great free and convenient way to learn more about any place your visiting without having to join a tour.

I've returned from Italy with an impressive collection of handbags. I just can't resist them, they're my weakness.
Enjoyed wandering around the luxury stores in Taormina, the shopping street here offers lots to explore.
