It's not just my wardrobe that's transitioned with the change in the seasons, I've also added a few things to my handbag to help smooth the transition.

There's a bunch of things I've been carrying in my handbag that have been saving me over the last few weeks with seasonal colds and flu.
I've had a cold so I've had to keep a large supply of pocket tissues on hand.

Pink Hand Sanitizer

A must when you have a cold.

Wipes

Another necessity when you've got the sniffles.

Mini Face Spa

This has been a GAME CHANGER for me. It delivers an ultra-fine cooling mist and is an adorable handbag friendly size. Pair with your fave decongesting essential oil like eucalyptus for maximum benefit. It doubles up as a diffuser.

Decor Flask

I've been carrying around this flask everywhere filled with hot water and grated fresh ginger. It not only keeps things hot for hours, it's an incredibly handbag friendly size.

Xylitol Gum

I've seen a ton of stuff about the benefits of xylitol so I've added it to my list of essentials.

Laura Geller Lip Oil

This lip oil has been saving my cracked lips, it's a treat and go so it both looks amazing and feels really comfortable on.

Thieves Oil Balm

My sister put me on this, it's a medieval recipe that has a laundry list of uses. It contains a blend of rosemary, clove, eucalyptus and lemon and helps fight everything from to headaches to colds acting as decongestant.
